What are flax seeds?
Flax is a plant native to Eurasia today cultivated everywhere under a temperate or tropical climate. It is mainly exploited for its textile fibers and oil. These are very rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a substance that is part of the family of omega-3 fatty acids and which gives many properties beneficial to our health and our silhouette.
Another advantage: flax is green! The cultivation of this plant does not require the use of fertilizers or pesticides. Once seeds are harvested, flax fibers can be used as an insulating building material that is both natural and effective.
